Three young swans touched down at the lochan at the Macdonald Aviemore Spey Valley golf course yesterday.

The trio looked very much at home at the water feature by the 16th hole at the championship course.

There was also a cloud formation which bore an uncanny resemblance to a spem whale for good measure.
