Taxi and private hire drivers urged to make an application to Highland Council Covid fund before it closes

The Scottish Government has announced the Taxi and Private Hire Driver Fund will close to new applicants at 5pm on Thursday 18 March 2021.

Highland Council has already approved 457 grants to value of £685,500 and urges all eligible taxi/private hire drivers who have not yet applied to do so immediately.
