And it certainly will be on Friday, when her latest edition of Secret Scotland airs on Channel 5.

"You may remember we had a wee secret and had to close for half a day a couple of months ago," Stephen Bruce has posted on Facebook.

"Well we can finally now let you all in on the secret.

"We had Channel 5 and Susan Calman in the shop filming!

"And we will be on this weeks episode of Secret Scotland on Channel 5 this Friday 16 at 8pm.

"The team from Secret Scotland had no idea Scottish Macaroons were originally made using potato and looked for a company that still use the traditional way to make them.... and as you all know, we do!"

The company, established in the village six year ago now, has made a great name for itself both here and at Euro food festivals, fashioning fudge into an amazing variety of other shapes such as Christmas cakes and wedges of cheese.

It has posted: "We would love you all to watch and tag friends and family and make Stephen a TV star!! Lol."
