Strathspey and Badenoch will remember their Fallen

Those of Strathspey and Badenoch who gave their lives in defence of the country will be poignantly honoured in the strath over the weekend of Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th.

Highland councillors and members of the public will be joining parades and services to mark Armistice Day and Remembrance Sunday.

On the Sunday, Remembrance Day Services will take place at the following locations:

• Advie War Memorial, 3pm

• Aviemore War Memorial, 11am - with marching from Legion at 10.30am

• Dulnain Bridge War Memorial, 12 noon

• Glenmore Norwegian Stone, 2pm

• Grantown on Spey War Memorial, 11am

• Kingussie War Memorial, 12.15pm

• Nethybridge War Memorial, 1.15pm

• Newtonmore War Memorial, 12.15pm

• Kincraig War Memorial, 11am

• Dalwhinnie War Memorial, 3pm.
