At 7.56pm, a Highland Council roads report confirmed snow on high level routes in Badenoch and Strathspey, with a Met Office yellow warning for ice remaining in force until 10am tomorrow morning (March 31).

The report stated: "High level routes have a dusting of snow, and these are being treated as necessary as according to policy. Otherwise, roads are wet."
