Search still on for missing man

Police Scotland are continuing their efforts to locate missing person Mark Burgess, who is missing from the Wakefield area since Wednesday October 15.

Mark Burgess, 58, is thought to have travelled to Scotland in a grey coloured Toyota Yaris with the vehicle registration YC13 ZJV and is known to have been in the Inverness area on Friday 17th October 2014, and in Caithness over the weekend, with a trip to John O'Groats thought to have been planned.

He is described as male white, 5’8” tall, thick set with sandy coloured hair.

Detective Inspector Steven Greenbank of Wakefield CID, said:

"We are very concerned for Mark’s well-being and I would appeal to him or anyone who sees him to contact police on 101 as soon as possible."
