The roadside test proved positive and a subsequent breath sample showed she had 58mcgs of alcohol in her system, when the legal limit is 22mcgs.
She admitted the offence and was fined £520. Sayer was also banned from driving for a year.
Her solicitor Duncan Henderson told Sheriff Ian Cruickshank: "She is very ashamed to be here."
He asked the court to certify his client as suitable for the drink-driver rehabilitation course.
Sheriff Cruickshank agreed and told Sayer she would earn a three-month discount on her disqualification if she successfully completes it.
