Police officers attended at a property in Boat of Garten's Kinchurdy Road yesterday following reports of a gathering breaching coronavirus guidelines.

The Strathy understands that two police vans and a police car attended the scene but they confirmed none of the social distancing rules had been broken.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We were called to reports of a potential gathering in the Boat of Garten area around 9.45am on Tuesday, 15 September.

"Officers attended and spoke to everyone on scene and found there was no breach to the latest guidelines."
