Number of unexplained sightings of mysterious objects accepted by Official Loch Ness Monster Sightings Register rises to 16

A seasoned Nessie spotter has reported seeing a mysterious object on the Loch Ness webcam bringing the total of registered unexplained sightings so far this year to 16.
Irish hospital clerk Eoin O'Faodhagain captured the image while watching the webcam on October 19.
He has reported his finding – his fifth this year – to the Official Loch Ness Monster Sightings Register.
The register is kept by Gary Campbell who has also accepted another sighting reported by a visitor to the loch from Wiltshire.
Mr O'Faodhagain reported seeing a black object high out of the water moving down the northern side of the loch.
The report states: "As it moved down it went lower in the water on approach of a cruiser moving north, in its direction.
"By the time the cruiser came in view on the screen, the mysterious object submerged totally in the water, but still must have been touching the water, from underneath as it was leaving a straight line wake on the water, towards the oncoming cruiser.
"By the time the cruiser got to where the last position of the disturbance on the water, the object was completely gone.
"The object had to be a couple of feet or more out of the water when first sighted, especially to see it from that distance."

The sighting is the 10th one registered this year from images received from the Loch Ness Webcam.
Due to difficulties in sometimes identifying the images, they are recorded separately from those reported by people who saw something while physically at the loch.
That number now stands at six after Mr Campbell accepted a report from Thomas Dobinson who was visiting from Wiltshire.
He reported spotting an unknown object in the water near Urquhart Castle on July 30 at 11.41am.
The register states: "He said that the object on the water was about the size of a dog and roughly 200 yards away from him and his family.
"The object was wet and dark in colour so appeared black."
The sighting lasted less than a minute.
