Inverness dog death latest: man arrested

POLICE have arrested a 37-year-old man in connection with the death of a dog in Inverness.

He will be reported to the procurator fiscal following a Northern Constabulary investigation into the death of a Staffordshire bull terrier, in Assynt Road, Kinmylies on 4th November.

Officers are following a "positive line of inquiry" in a hunt for a second man who may be involved.
