Badenoch and Strathspey roads being treated

Negative temperatures have forced Highland Council roads staff to treat both primary and secondary routes today, according to this morning's roads conditions report.

But the report, issued at 6.55am, confirmed that there had been no overnight issues.

On surrounding Inverness routes there were positive road surface temperatures this morning, with no winter action taken.

"There were no overnight issues to report."
