It's not just the weather that's delighted visitors and locals in Aviemore today – the village has seen a sunny spray of free gifts hanging everywhere.
One witness, Jeni Miller, posted happily on her Facebook page:
"Walking around Aviemore today and spotted these lovely gifts hanging around.
"They are free for you to take home, gifted by Inverness artist Sam Burgess Art to make you smile and feel loved when you read the messages.
"Will you be lucky and find one before they are all gone...?"
