Today’s roads conditions report from Highland maintenance team
The Badenoch and Strathspey roads conditions report issued at 6am confirms negative temperatures and ice across the network this morning.
“All routes are being treated, as well as footpaths,” said a spokesperson for the winter maintenance team.
On neighbouring routes reports are much the same:
Some Highland schools are closed due to winter conditions but in Badenoch and Strathspey the two-day ‘snow break’ has ended with pupils all returning to their classes.
