FAMILY of a missing woman are "growing concerned for her welfare".

Tracey McDonald, who has links to Inverness, was reported missing from her home in Caol, Fort William earlier today.

Ms MacDonald (who is also known as MacPherson) is 42 and was last seen on Wednesday morning in the vicinity of Glen Nevis Cemetery.

She was wearing a black jacket with red zips, jeans and black boots. She has long, dark hair and was carrying a white handbag at the time.

As well as Inverness, she also has links to Fort William and Clydebank.

"Her family are growing concerned for her welfare," said a police spokesman. "If anyone has any information that may help to trace her, please contact local officers in Fort William by calling 101 and quoting reference number 1578 of 20/01/2021."
