Four men to appear in court on A9 drug charges

Four men are due to appear in court tomorrow (Monday) in connection with a drugs seizure on the A9 on Friday evening.

Police intercepted a vehicle on the Inverness-Perth road at around 20.40pm on Friday as part of an intelligence led search. A quantity of drugs were seized including amphetamine, powders and pills. Street value is as yet unknown.

The four men, aged 18, 23, 23 and 24, were arrested and are expected to appear from custody at Inverness Sheriff Court.
