Business contingency arrangements continue to be in place at Inverness’ Raigmore Hospital due to a flood which has affected a number of computer servers.
Some systems are back up and running and paper based plans are in place for those that are not, an NHS Highland spokesperson said today (Monday October 2).
"As anticipated there has been some detrimental impact to outpatient and theatre services.
"While all clinics have been running as normal clinicians have been assessing these on a case by case basis and unfortunately some patients from clinics have had to be cancelled.
"Please be advised that unless you have been contacted you should attend for your clinic appointment as normal."
Emergency operations have gone ahead but a number of elective operations have had to be cancelled.
Work continues on the recovery and connectivity of the servers to ensure that services will resume as quickly as possible.
